Vontobel in Zurich seeks a proactive IT support specialist to help end‑users with hardware, software, and multimedia setups. You will troubleshoot issues, manage tickets, and assist with office relocations in Zurich and occasional travel.

Fluent German and English required; conversational French a plus. Apprenticeship in IT or equivalent, strong Windows 11 and M365 knowledge, networking and printing familiarity.
