Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the Zuora platform in a production environment.
  • Work extensively with the Zuora Data Model and Zuora Workflows.
  • Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL/PLSQL queries.
  • Support billing, invoicing, and end-to-end subscription lifecycle processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, system stability, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide troubleshooting support and performance optimization.
