Zscaler Administrator

Executive Operations is seeking a Zscaler Administrator to manage, monitor, and optimize secure internet and cloud access through Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) platforms. This position requires strong expertise in Zscaler configuration, identity integrations (Azure AD, Okta), and network troubleshooting.

This is a fully remote position, aligned with U.S. Central Time Zone business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) environments across enterprise users and applications.

• Configure and maintain access policies, SSL inspection, firewall rules, DLP policies, and URL filtering.

• Integrate Zscaler with Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, and IdP solutions for secure authentication and identity management.

• Monitor traffic, performance, and security logs to ensure compliance and optimize user experience.
