Key duties include conducting train-the-trainer sessions , developing customized content for channel partners, evaluating training effectiveness, and driving performance through coaching and digital learning initiatives.

- Capability Building: Design and deliver tailored training modules to bridge skill gaps, improve product knowledge, and enhance objection-handling capabilities for sales teams.
- Strategy & Content Creation: Develop training content for various customer segments (e.g., NRIs, pensioners) and ensure standardization across the organization.
