Job Summary Baba Group is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Zonal Head to lead sales operations, dealer network expansion, and business growth for the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for managing regional sales teams, developing strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, builders, and ensuring achievement of sales targets in the quartz and tiles segment. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve zonal sales targets and business objectives. Manage and lead Area Sales Managers, Sales Officers, and distributor networks within the assigned zone. Expand dealer and distributor network for quartz surfaces, slabs, and tiles products.
