Role Overview

We are seeking a Zoho Specialist to overhaul our existing Zoho Helpdesk ecosystem. This isn't just about managing tickets; it’s about re-engineering our data architecture, deploying AI-driven automation via Zoho Zia, and leading a technical team of SQL specialists and RPA experts to create a world-class support infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Zoho System Architecture: Audit and redesign the current Zoho Helpdesk data structures. You will work with our Junior SQL Developer to ensure data integrity and advanced reporting capabilities.

  • AI Implementation: Lead the deployment of Zoho Zia agents to automate first-touch resolutions, sentiment analysis, and predictive tagging.
