Zoho Payroll Implementation Associate

This is a remote position. Zoho Payroll Implementation & Support (70%) Assist in the implementation and configuration of Zoho Payroll for clients. Support setup of salary structures, earnings, deductions, reimbursements, and payroll policies. Assist in configuring statutory components including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Income Tax, and Gratuity. Support payroll calendar setup, payroll processing, and validations during implementation. Assist with payroll data migration, employee master setup, and verification. Perform payroll checks, reconciliation, and support parallel runs. Generate payroll reports, salary registers, and statutory reports. Support full & final settlement configuration and payroll closure activities. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve payroll-related queries.
