Looking for a Zoho Inventory developer, that is good with APIs.
We have an existing API that requires re-syncing as the token has expired (this should be very easy).
Once this has been re-synced. We then need to ensure MOT data records are updated and checked automatically/periodically.
Here is the current set up and workflow: (It just needs some modifications).
Team member creates an invoice in inventory and we ask for the customer's vehicle registration.
Once this is input into the system, it should ping the GOV website via API, check when MOT expiry date is for vehicle the make and model and update the custom fields in Zoho inventory.
We then have a sync to CRM, (record should fully sync to CRM).
We then send automated SMS reminders via SMS Magic to the customer before their MOT is going to expire like booking reminder.
This has all been coded before and just needs to be re-checked.
