Job Description
1. Zoho System Implementation & Configuration:
- Implement and configure Zoho applications including Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Expense, Zoho Payroll, Zoho People, Zoho Projects, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho SalesIQ, Zoho Cliq, and related modules
- Structure modules, pipelines, fields, layouts, and records aligned with business workflows
- Establish clear naming conventions, data hierarchy, and system organization standards
- Configure user roles, profiles, permissions, and access controls
2. Workflow Automation & Process Design
- Design and implement automation workflows across departments (sales, marketing, HR, finance, and operations)
- Configure workflow rules, blueprints, assignment rules, validation rules, and approval processes
- Automate lead lifecycle, deal progression, onboarding, task assignment, and internal processes
- Reduce manual work through automation and system-driven process management
