Role Requirements

Conduct thorough requirement analysis to translate business processes into Zoho configurations

Manage and optimize features within Zoho CRM+, Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho Cliq.

Enable/disable standard features or develop custom forms to meet specific organizational needs.

Develop and maintain complex automation workflows and custom functions.

Manage the to-fro exchange of data between Zoho and external systems through custom scripting and APIs.

Requirements

Advanced proficiency in Deluge Scripting for cross-module automation.

Hands-on experience with Zoho API integrations and Webhooks. Creation of custom APIs.
