Job Description

Join Customerization.ca as a Zoho Consultant and work directly with clients to implement and optimize Zoho solutions that drive business results. You'll lead discovery sessions, configure applications, lead Zoho developers, deliver client training, and ensure customer success throughhands-on support and expert guidance.

Depending on the candidate location, the work may be on‑site, hybrid, or remote. EST time zone availability is a must.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Zoho applications (e.g., CRM, Desk, Books, Flow, Inventory, etc.)
• Experience working on the consulting or agency side
