Zoho Adminstrator

ZOHO ADMINISTRATOR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experienced in a professional environment with strong configuration experience with the Zoho CRM Platform – Does not need to be an absolute expert in Zoho but strong knowledge in support/administration is preferred
  • Specific configuration experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Directory, Zoho Dataprep, and Zoho Analytics applications – understanding of how each individual function of the platform functions
  • Experience configuring the screen flow of Zoho CRM in CANVAS
  • Must possess strong and concise communication skill fit for working with cross functional teams

    • PLUS SKILLS:

  • Possession of any Zoho Certifications (CRM Administrator Preferred)
  • Any Zoho development experience to help customize the view of the UI
