Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and customize ZIRA environments, including workflows, screens, dashboards, and security settings.
  • Implement ZIRA projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Develop and maintain automation, scripts, and custom functionalities using Groovy or JQL (JIRA Query Language).
  • Perform data migration and integrate ZIRA with other systems using APIs and web services.
  • Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and ongoing support to clients.
