As a Zero Emission Controls Engineer, you will utilize your expertise in state-of-the-art modeling techniques and control theory to develop and optimize control functions for zero-emission powertrain components and high-voltage automotive systems.

  • Act as the architect for new powertrain control function development.
  • Collaborate with PACCAR global teams to gather function requirements and translate them into advanced control concepts.
  • Design and verify control concepts in Matlab/Simulink, using SIL, HIL, and Rapid Control Prototyping.
  • Lead and design control functions for various powertrain components, including e-Drive, hybrid powertrain, energy management, charging algorithms, and BMS control functions.
  • Establish smooth interactions with PACCAR global stakeholders.
