We’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded Zendesk Support & Insights Analyst to take ownership of our Zendesk environment and drive continuous improvement across our contact centre operations.

This is not a ticket-handling role — it’s about platform ownership, optimisation, and turning data into meaningful business insights.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and optimise Zendesk (workflows, routing, automations, configurations)
  • Manage multi-channel support (voice, email, chat, social)
  • Ensure system performance, data integrity, and SLA alignment
  • Deliver enhancements in collaboration with internal teams and clients
  • Focus on identifying and delivering technical improvements to the platform including automations, bots and agentic AI
