Job Description

Flix is seeking a Zendesk Manager responsible for configuring and delivering migrations into Zendesk across Support, Guide, Talk, and Messaging. You will own the production configurations, ensure clean scaling across 30+ markets, and work closely with business SMEs and engineering teams to deliver go-lives and ongoing improvements.

You will translate business requirements into Zendesk workflows, manage integrations, and maintain documentation to Centre of Excellence standards.
