• Create, develop, and model detailed building elements.
• Develop and update BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project specifications, standards, and coordination requirements.
• Prepare documentation for authority submissions and construction purposes.
• Create accurate BIM models of building exteriors and interiors with relevant pre‑construction information such as material specifications, quantity estimates, time schedules, and cost estimates.
• Develop and maintain BIM libraries/families based on project and industry standards.
• Provide technical support to project teams in resolving modeling and coordination issues.
