is hiring a YouTube Thumbnails & Title Specialist to drive click-through rates (CTR) and engagement across our podcast channels. In this role, you will design compelling thumbnails, craft optimized titles, and run experiments to maximize performance. The ideal candidate combines strong design skills with a deep understanding of YouTube SEO, audience psychology, and testing methodologies.
