YAP MEDIA NYC is hiring a YouTube Thumbnail Designer to create high-impact, visually compelling thumbnails across our podcast channels. In this role, you will be responsible solely for designing thumbnails that capture attention, align with each show’s brand, and support strong click-through performance.

In just two years, YAP Media has become one of the top networks for business and self-development podcasts, securing sponsorship deals with major brands like Airbnb, , Shopify, the International Olympic Committee, and more. As our network continues to scale, thumbnail quality plays a critical role in how our content performs on YouTube.
