What we need
We need someone who can take our scripts, ideas or long-form content and turn them into high-quality YouTube Shorts optimised for retention and engagement. The ideal candidate understands pacing, hooks, captions and modern short-form editing styles.
Responsibilities
• Create engaging YouTube Shorts (up to 60 seconds)
• Add dynamic captions, cuts, zooms and sound effects where appropriate
• Design simple but effective on-screen graphics
• Select or suggest suitable background music (royalty-free)
• Ensure videos follow YouTube Shorts best practices
• Deliver videos in the correct vertical format (9:16)
• Collaborate with us on improvements and iterations
