We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented YouTube Documentary Video Editor to edit engaging documentary-style videos. The editor will be responsible for producing 5–10 minute videos, with a total of 12 videos per month. Strong storytelling skills and audience retention techniques are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Edit documentary-style YouTube videos (5–10 minutes each)
• Deliver up to 12 high-quality videos per month
• Create engaging storytelling through pacing, cuts, and sequencing
• Add background music, sound effects, voice-overs, and B-roll
• Apply basic color correction, color grading, and audio enhancement
• Insert titles, captions, and smooth transitions
• Ensure videos meet YouTube standards and retention strategies
• Revise edits based on feedback when required
