YouTube Content Operator (Script + Voice Over + Editing + Thumbnail) – Full‑Time Monthly Role (Females Preferred)

We are building a faceless YouTube documentary‑style channel focused on psychology, analysis, and high‑retention storytelling. This is a full‑time, long‑term, monthly role. This is NOT freelance or per‑video work. We are looking for a disciplined content operator who can follow a structured SOP and handle the end‑to‑end content workflow under guidance.

Work Hours & Availability

  • Working time: 9 hours per day
  • Full‑time monthly commitment
  • Long‑term collaboration preferred
  • Applicants must be able to work consistently during agreed hours, meet monthly output targets, and communicate professionally.
