Responsibilities
- First point of contact for student behavioural incidentsand wellbeing concerns during school hours
- Conduct initial fact-finding, incident assessments,and student reporting processes
- Implement de-escalation and restorative practicestrategies to support positive behaviour outcomes
- Facilitate restorative conversations and conflictmediation between students
- Build positive relationships with studentsexperiencing behavioural or engagement challenges
- Provide proactive outreach and early interventionsupport for at-risk students
- Work collaboratively with the Student ManagementCommittee, teachers, counsellors, and school leadership
- Maintain accurate and confidential records ofinterventions, incidents, and student interactions
