Core Purpose

To providespecialised student support through supportive guidance, programmemanagement, and collaborative intervention strategies to help Studentswith additional needs (SWANS) meaningfully connect with their schoolcommunity and achieve personal growth.

Expectedoutcomes include improved school engagement, enhanced social-emotionalskills, and stronger peer relationships.

Programme Management and Implementation
  • Work with vendors to customise, and implement structured support UPLIFT programme(s) (eg. LOL and GLOW programmes) tailored to meet diverse student needs.
  • Create and curate programme resources whilst managing administrative tasks including student progress monitoring.
  • Conduct twice-weekly student check‑ins during the planned UPLIFT programme/activities with follow‑up support for students requiring additional assistance.
