Working Hour
  • Mondays, Wednesdays: 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.
  • Tuesdays, Thursdays: 12.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m.
  • Fridays: 11.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.
Key Roles

  • Support student well-being and behaviour .

  • Support targeted students through individual/small group sessions, intervention programmes, and engagement strategies.

  • Provide counselling , mentoring, and coping strategies; act as a positive role model.

  • Identify underlying issues (e.g., trauma, poverty) to inform intervention planning.

  • Develop, monitor, and follow up on behavioural support plans.

  • Conduct investigations , review CCTV, interview students, record statements, and support mediation and conflict resolution.

  • Monitor student behaviour, enforce school rules, support high-traffic periods, and supervise detention.
