Job Description
  • Provide regular mentoring and counselling support to identified students.
  • Build positive relationships and support students' holistic development.
  • Plan and conduct intervention programmes tailored to students' individual needs.
  • Conduct home visits where required as part of student support.
  • Observe students' needs and report concerns to the Student Management Team and School Leaders.
  • Attend case review and case management meetings to provide updates on students' progress.
  • Work collaboratively with the Student Management Team and Student Development teams.
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to the school's code of conduct and expectations throughout all school engagements.
Requirements
  • Preferably possess a tertiary qualification in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.
