Youth Project Worker

Job Description

The Youth Project Worker position is essential to the company’s operations. Youth Project Workers deliver the company’s services to its young people. Day-to-day duties of a post holder may include:

• Work with children and young people to deliver our services
• Facilitating activities as directed by the Hub and Services Manager
• Communicate with parents/carers to inform them of how their child is and report any issues from a session
• Design fun, engaging and effective activities to be used at services
• Work with the Hub and Services Manager to design and roll out new services
• Provide service users with information and guidance on a range of topics
• Work with children and young people who have Special Needs to engage them and make access arrangements for them
• Support and Signpost families in need of additional support
