Become a Youth Program Leader at the Esquimalt Recreation Centre, overseeing Teen Nights for youth aged 12-18. This role focuses on activity planning, supervision, and community engagement.
The Township of Esquimalt seeks a responsible individual for an auxiliary Youth Program Leader position. Reporting to the Youth Supervisor, you'll welcome youth, lead engaging activities, and ensure a safe, supportive environment. Your shifts will typically occur during Tuesday to Saturday evenings, with potential daytime hours for camps and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and sign in youth for programs
• Prepare snacks and lead structured activities

Requirements:
• Minimum 19 years of age
• Experience with youth aged 12-18
• Excellent communication skills
