Youth Mentor

At Randstad, we believe every child deserves a chance to learn, no matter how turbulent their journey has been. We are seeking compassionate, completely unfazed SEMH Tutors to guide children in crisis and local authority care back toward education. If you understand that bad behaviour is often just a cry for help, we want to hear from you.

How you will make a difference: By delivering bespoke 1:1 sessions, you will balance basic academic mentorship with vital emotional regulation. You will use trauma-informed approaches to safely de-escalate challenging moments, helping these young people rebuild their self-esteem and learn to trust adults again. You'll also work closely with local authorities to feedback on their milestones.

Who we are looking for:
