Bluewater Youth & Adult Services is expanding and seeks dedicated youth care workers for both full-time and part-time roles. You will provide daily supervision, focusing on health safety and engaging activities tailored to each youth’s needs. Your work will involve fostering supportive relationships while implementing community safety strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver daily care and supervision for residents
• Develop and manage behavior intervention plans
• Establish therapeutic relationships with youth
• Follow comprehensive health and safety guidelines
• Involve youth in community activities and programs
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in human services or related field
• First Aid and CPR certification required
• Valid G Class Driver's License needed
