Role Overview
Our client, a leading Big 5 Bank, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Mailroom Administrator to support their internal mailroom and document administration functions. This role will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound mail, organizing and distributing packages, preparing internal updates, maintaining mailing supplies, and supporting the safe and efficient processing of confidential business documents.
This is a fully onsite role best suited for someone who enjoys structured administrative work, repetitive paper-based tasks, and working in a professional office environment.
