Lead the CCRR program at YMCA in Prince George. We are looking for a passionate Supervisor experienced in early childhood education and community service.
In this full-time position, the YMCA's CCRR Program Supervisor will implement and deliver essential services to enhance child care quality across Prince George, Quesnel, and Vanderhoof. You will lead a team and ensure compliance with all provincial regulations while providing outstanding customer service to families and child care providers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the adherence to provincial standards in service delivery
• Manage support services for families and childcare providers
• Supervise direct reports and foster their development
• Collaborate with other regions for service consistency
• Engage in community projects and committees
