Job Description

GlobalFoundries is seeking an Engineer Integration & Yield to identify and resolve yield issues and to advance process integration across our Singapore fab. You will perform data-driven analysis, develop derivative processes, and work with cross-functional teams to reduce defects and improve yields.

The role requires a relevant engineering degree, strong statistical and programming skills, and the ability to work independently. Prior internship or project experience is advantageous.
