Year 5 Teacher - Doncaster

Justteachers is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 5 Class Teacher to work in a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Doncaster area. This part-time position (3 days per week) is to cover a short-term maternity leave, starting in May 2026 until December 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Year 5 curriculum
• Create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback
• Work collaboratively with the school’s teaching and support staff
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
• Maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment

Pre-requisites

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably Year 5
