Key Responsibilities

• Providing one-on-one support to the student, tailored to their specific needs.
• Collaborating with the class teacher and SENCO to create and implement individualized learning plans.
• Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that fosters the child’s academic and personal development.
• Assisting the child with Autism in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities.
