Year 2 Teaching Assistant

Hours: 8:30-15:30 (Monday–Friday) Term time only 

Supply Hive Wales is recruiting a full-time Year 2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the CF14 area from September. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference while supporting pupils during an important stage of their primary education.

The Role:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive Year 2 lessons
• Provide targeted support to pupils through 1:1 and small-group interventions
• Help pupils develop confidence, independence and a positive attitude towards learning
• Foster a safe, nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff to meet the individual needs of pupils
