Yard Tug Operator

About the role

• Team Global Express is seeking multiple Yard Tug / Shunt Drivers to commence immediately in Larapinta on Brisbane's South Side

• Full Time Permanent roles, 1:30 - 9:30pm Monday to Friday

• The hourly rate for this position is $37.65/hour, plus penalties & 15% superannuation

• This role will be primarily site based, where you will be required to keep up with a busy, fast paced yard

• Must have a proven ability to reverse trailers in tight spaces/docks

• Use of two-way radio through the shift, to communicate with Yard Drivers, Fleet Controllers and Supervisors

• Follow all safety process and procedures

• Follow direction and have a great attention to detail regarding trailer movements/registrations

• Carry out all duties within set time frames and follow instructions closely.
