We now have a new opportunity for a Yard Team Supervisor, known within Marshalls as an Operations Team Manager to support our Operations Manager to exceed KPIs by ensuring that business objectives are cascaded through to our manufacturing teams, engaging the ‘hearts and minds’ of the company’s employees to create and sustain a pro-active culture in all disciplines across the business!
