Yard Supervisor – SOON TO OPEN Congleton branch


The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing a warehouse/yard in a fast-paced environment and experience of effectively running a successful function. The individual will be responsible for the yard operation and for providing excellent standards of service, efficiency, and performance. Please note that this role involves weekend working.

Duties will include:

  • Responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the yard department
  • Efficiently managing a team of yard staff, ensuring orders are correct and on time, providing top quality customer service
  • Responsibility for all goods in/out
  • Ensuring company compliance of all warehouse/yard policies, legislations and procedures as well as taking responsibility for health and safety issues of the yard
