Driver Hire is looking for a Yard Operative/Driver to join one of our very well-established clients based in the Horsham area. It is a temp to perm full-time opportunity for the right candidate. You will be responsible for supporting the safe, efficient, and organised operation of the depot and vehicle fleet

About the role

  • Monday to Friday – shifts are flexible – starting between 7:00 to 8:00 am – 7.4 hours daily

  • Ensuring all equipment and materials are stored correctly and safely

  • Managing the organised and safe parking of vehicles upon their return to the depot

  • Transporting parts, tools, and vehicles for MOTs and other inspections, contributing to the maintenance and repair of the fleet

  • Moving a wide range of vehicles within the depot as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
