We’re recruiting a Yard Operative with A21 Wheeled Loader licence to join a busy and growing operation in Radley, Abingdon. This is a key role supporting nationwide operations with consistent, ongoing work.

The Role
Operating an A21 Wheeled Loader to move, load, and stack equipment
Loading/unloading HGVs safely and efficiently
Supporting the mat wash operation to ensure smooth workflow
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised yard
Monitoring stock and reporting daily inventory (mats, pins, repairs)
Carrying out equipment checks and reporting faults
