Yard Manager

Position Summary

The Yard Manager will lead safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations of the yard at the designated UFA Farm & Ranch Supply store. This role ensures accurate handling of shipping, receiving, warehousing, and equipment maintenance while upholding UFA’s operational standards and behaviour-based safety metrics. The Yard Manager works closely with the Store Manager to align yard operations with overall store goals, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, operational excellence and community engagement. In the Store Manager’s absence, the Yard Manager can assume full responsibility for maintaining continuity of leadership, decision-making & effective operations.
