Yard Coordinator

At Wildstone, our yards are the central hubs that keep our projects moving. We’re looking for a Yard Coordinator for our Whitehorse, YT yard – someone who thrives on organization, communication, and supporting our field teams by making sure they have the right materials, tools, and equipment when and where they need them.

This role is all about keeping day-to-day yard operations running smoothly while supporting multiple job sites with the materials, tools, and equipment deliveries they need to stay productive and on schedule. You’ll act as a key communication link between our field teams, project teams, and third‑party suppliers, helping ensure everything is coordinated and on track. At the same time, you’ll take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and well‑organized yard where parts, materials, and equipment are easy to find and ready to go.
