    • The Yard Coordinator position at Coates Belmont is a key operational role in a high‑traffic yard environment focused on maintaining safe, organised and efficient operations.


    As well as providing a high level of customer service, you will also:

  • Organise and maintain yard layout, workflow and cleanliness

  • Support general equipment movements

  • Always demonstrate safe work practices

  • Communicate effectively with customers, drivers and transport contractors

  • Identify equipment or items that require attention or repair

  • Prioritise tasks, manage competing demands and take initiative

  • Contribute to a supportive and high‑performing team
