Xero Bookkeeper Needed

I'm seeking an experienced Xero Bookkeeper to bring my accounts up to date and provide ongoing bookkeeping support.
This is for an Australian-based business operating across retail (e-commerce/wholesale) and consulting services.
An Australian Tax Agent handles all BAS and tax lodgements. Your role is strictly bookkeeping: reconciliation and clean financial records.
Communication will be via Slack.
Immediate start preferred.
Scope of Work
- Initial Cleanup
- Reconcile all bank and credit card accounts in Xero
- Code income and expenses accurately
-Clear uncategorised/suspense transactions
- Match bills and receipts
-Flag unclear transactions (do NOT guess)
= Prepare clean Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
Ongoing Support
- Weekly or monthly reconciliation
- Ongoing transaction coding
- Flag anomalies
- Maintain accountant-ready books
