Lead a pivotal element within a billion-dollar program at Xcimer Energy in Denver, CO. This full-time role focuses on executing a complex KrF excimer laser system for inertial fusion applications.
As a Program Element Lead, you will oversee execution from design to delivery ensuring that technical performance and energy requirements meet high standards. You will manage cross-functional teams across laser physics, optics, and controls while maintaining budget and schedule commitments. Your leadership will shape project milestones and enhance technology readiness.
