Job Summary:

The Basic X-Ray Machine Operator (BXMO) provides professional clinical care for patients following established standards and practices. This position performs diagnostic imaging tests, prepares patients, operates x-ray machines and ensures patient safety during procedures. Assist patients with compassion and empathy. Provides quality patient care under the direct supervision of the Providers. 

Job Responsibilities:

· Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations

· Perform radiological duties in compliance with the objectives and policies of the organization and respective state laws governing such action and activities

· Prepare patients for imaging procedure by explaining the process, answering questions and ensuring they are comfortable and positioned correctly
