MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage communities and local partners to plan, implement, and sustain child-focused, community-based development in line with Area Program priorities.Coordinate program management and technical implementation, ensuring quality, accountability, and integration of gender equality, social inclusion, disaster risk reduction, and advocacy.Lead community-level planning, monitoring, reflection, and learning processes, contributing to Area Program monitoring and reporting requirements.Promote meaningful child participation, strengthen community-based child protection mechanisms, and ensure inclusion of most vulnerable children.Support community development initiatives and micro-projects to strengthen local ownership, resilience, and sustainability.KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE
