WTC - Project Superintendent I

• Responsible for managing 1-2 projects at a time (including GC and larger-scale restoration & repair projects, to ensure on-time delivery within the agreed upon budget.
• Manage subcontractors on scheduling, quality control, understanding and resolving issues and verifying work is completed in accordance with project budget and specifications. 
• Review all assigned projects to schedule deliverables, track costs and report on.
• Meet contractual conditions and performance.
• Manage key metrics and report on as required.
• Work collaboratively with customers, sales reps, roofing contractors, superintendents, and roofing technicians to ensure delivery on time and within budget as well as select and manage all sub-contractors.
• Uphold high standards for health and safety management in compliance with all codes and laws, and Tremco Policy
