Join WSIB as a Payment Specialist with on-demand, flexible hours. Your role will involve assessing claims and processing wage-loss benefits to support injured workers across Ontario.
In this temporary position, you will collaborate with case managers and workplace parties to provide clear explanations of benefits. Responsibilities include validating authorization, processing payments, and ensuring compliance with operational policies. You will also monitor and maintain accurate claim records while assisting with complex payment inquiries.
